Our Integrity Support

We can assist you at every stage of the design, maintenance, inspection and recommissioning of your assets – through effective understanding and application of our expertise in aging equipment such as storage tanks, vessels, piping and tubing. Offering engineering and field support solutions, we can manage the structural integrity of your asset to ensure the structures and components remain safe and productive during their intended service period in order to achieve higher equipment reliability and cost performance in asset intensive industries.

We understand that keeping your system running and running well is really important in the day to day business. Much of the day to day interaction we have with customers is through the support services we provide either directly (i.e. face to face -at site) or indirectly via our helpdesk service.

In the direct mode we assist your reliability, maintenance or inspection team by being active involve at site. We pride ourselves on the personal contact we have with our customers and the knowledge or best practice that we share and build up. This shared commitment really helps to solve any problem that arises in the day to day activity.

Our primary role is to identify and manage asset reliability risks that could adversely affect plant or business operations. By understanding the asset in detail and more specifically understanding the legal requirements and what can go wrong with respect to the technical integrity of it, we are able to manage risk in the areas of environmental health and safety, asset capability, quality and production.

Our objective is to improve the performance and competitiveness of our clients through perfect mastery of our engineering and field disciplines, integrated in a service offering that covers all clients’ needs during the shutdowns of the asset(s) under consideration.
