[The Netherlands] A Client to extend their business in the Rotterdam area. The site which was considered to be purchased was analysed by Verantio in terms of its actual conditions, including a gap analyse against the latest legal requirements. Moreover, an overview of the expected OPEX and CAPEX costs for the next period of 20 years was within the agreed Scope of Work. The Client decided to purchase the site based on the study done by Verantio.
