[Canada] During the construction of a number of new tanks, deformations were observed in the shell of a few tanks. Because of this, the work was stopped. Via a Root Cause Analysis, Verantio has established the origin, causes and (possible) solutions for the deformations in the shell of the tank. Also, we used the FEA method, to assess the tensions in the shell.
